BRIAN CONNELLY was born in Philadelphia , and raised in Philadelphia and the Main Line in Pennsylvania . He attended school at Chestnut Hill Academy , Lower Merion High School , Community College of Philadelphia , and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania . He served in the United States Marine Corps R, receiving a meritorious promotion and letter of commendation. He now resides in Haddon Heights , New Jersey with his wife Kyle Ann, daughter Casey, and two dogs. In his spare time he officiates boys/girls high school basketball, and boys lacrosse in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey . After running/owning a successful general contracting firm, Brian was working as a project manager for a mold remediation company, when he learned about the horrible experience one of his employees was having with a house he had inspected prior to purchasing. Upon further investigation into the home inspection practice, Brian in his own words describes the moment of recognition as “the heavens opened up, and laid in front of me the job I have trained for my whole life-with out knowing it.” Today Brian and his wife Kyle Ann run a very successful home inspection business with a passion for informing and educating the client about the home they own, or want to purchase. Brian holds the following memberships/certifications: ASHI (American society of home inspectors), International Code Council, FEMA certified disaster houseing inspector, Environmental Solutions Association, Certified Wood Destroying Insect and Radon Tech, Wharton Alumni Club, University of Pennsylvania, and sits on the Property Management Committee of his local Church.
KYLE ANN ROCHFORD was born and raised in Haddonfield , New Jersey to John and Joan Rochford; she is the 6 th child of 7 brothers and sisters. Kyle after attending Haddonfield High School traveled around the country for a while ending up in paradise, Hawaii . After some time passed, Kyle discovered a longing for her roots and returned to New Jersey , where she worked as a project and office manager for Cherry Hill Painting. She met Brian on a fishing trip sponsored by her company for contractors in the area. After deciding not to purchase her boss’s painting company and marrying the man of her dreams, Kyle dived into the idea of starting a business with her husband and brings the skills, knowledge and abilities she has acquired over the years to ensure the clients satisfaction. She is often heard saying, “no stone unturned”. In her spare time she is active in AAU basketball, attends all of daughter Casey’s sporting events, and figuring out new and creative ways to avoid walking and picking up after the dogs and making dinner.
